How do I know that my order has been placed? U
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is completed you will get a confirmation email containing your order number. If you do not get this within 7 days, please contact us to resolve the issue
How do I track my order?
You are sent a tracking number via email or text once your order is in processing. This allows you to track your package through USPS.
My Coupon code is not working, why?
Coupon codes have an expire date on them. If you are having issues with your coupon code, please contact us. Please note that coupon codes cannot be used on promotional, unless stated otherwise on the website. They are also not allowed on final sale or clearance item.
My order hasn’t been delivered. What should I do?
Please contact your local USPS, if after contacting your shipping provider you are still having issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and add as the subject USPS delivery

I have just placed my order; can I change it?
Yes, you must send us an email stating that you want to make changes and what changes you are wanting to make. This must be done immediately, or the order will be processed as normal.
How do I process a return or exchange?
You will need to contact us and provide your order number and tracking number. Again, please allow up to 7 business days from the day that we receive your return to process your return. Once received you will get a confirmation email to the address provided upon checkout. Returns are done as a store credit and exchanges are for a same style different size or exchange it for equal value. Otherwise, it will be processed as a store credit.
Have you received my return items? How long does it take to receive my store credit?
Please allow up to 7 business days from the day that we receive your return to process your return. Once received you will get a confirmation email to the address provided upon checkout. I received a damaged item, what do I do?
In the rare event that you do receive a damaged item, please alert us as soon as possible with a valid photo showing the damaged item. We will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send the item back to us quickly.
