We have a 10-day return policy, this means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 *To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

OPTION FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS ONLY- *You can also purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, or if the order is not eligible, sale items are final sale. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance below.

To start a return, you can contact us at 7four1fashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Seel Return Assurance Policy


Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance.

You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the item(s).

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal/login

We are unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $5.61 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.

Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
